During a Cannes interview, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had hinted that she has green lit a few projects. Though she did not reveal more then, news now has it that she is approached by Karan Johar for his next venture.
Trying to put the blocks together, we're thinking this is for Karan's movie Shuddhi which stars Hrithik Roshan as the main lead. Though Hrithik has been long confirmed for the role, the female lead was still on hold. Other actresses who were rumored to be considered for this role are Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, & Anushka Sharma. But it seems that this big one might just land in Ash's kitty.
The movie is produced by Karan Johar, under his banner Dharma Productions, and directed by Karan Malhotra. Karan Johar had hinted before, that the heroine will be finalized in during June/July. Well Karan, we are waiting!
Talking of Ash's comeback, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has also apparently approached her for a project. Seems like the ball is in Ash's court now. We got to wait and watch how things progress from here!
