Actor Aditya Panscholi has been booked for allegedly hitting a neighbour over a minor parking incident, in the compound of their Magnum Opus building in Versova, last night.

In a complaint registered at Versova Police Station, the neighbour Pratik Niraj Pasrani said he found that a guest of Panscholi had parked the vehicle in his parking space.

So Pasrani asked the watchman to request the guest to park outside the building. Then Panscholi came out and assaulted him, hitting his head into Pasrani's nose. The incident happened at about 8.30 pm.

Police have registered a non-cognizable offence. ''He (Pasrani) was told to undergo a medical examination at Cooper Hospital. This could have put Panscholi in trouble. But he chose not to do so,'' a police officer said.

In the case of a non-cognizable offence police are not liable to prosecute the offender.

However, the complainant could proceed with the matter in court if he or she desires.

This correspondent was stopped by security guards from meeting both the 33-year-old Pasrani, and Panscholi, at their building near Nana Nani Park.
Panscholi did come out later in the night, dressed in a colorful Hawaiian shirt.

However, after a brief conversation with the security guard, he drove away in his white Lexus wagon.

A resident of the building later said that the two had resolved the matter within an hour of the incident.

He is an actor.. acted in quite a few films.. the last I saw him was in Yes Boss with SRK and Juhi.!!
