The media just needs to pick on someone and unfortunately Karan seems to be their favorite target. It was burning outside, he was wearing black, he was in a desert- shooting an emotional scene! Karan has stated many times that he gets into the character and scene an it takes him a while to get out of it. Add all of this together and of course the poor guy is gonna be tired and sick. Media people seriously needa stop with this kinda stuff!
