From the beginning Qubool hai characters are extremely harsh and the vamps and villains rules the show.
God knows why CVs decided on a storyline where Vamps and Villains shown to be THE MOST important, powerful and sharp characters only and the rest just plain dumb and boring.
I understand every story needs antagonists to create twists and turns but somehow in Qubool hai the antagonists are treated like leads and they acquire maximum screen space.
These vamps villains are extremely cruel and their brutal acts are cringeworthy. From the very beginning of this show we are seeing stuffs which are outright negative, depressing and leaves a bad taste in our mouth.
If you guys have noticed from the beginning negative characters rule this show and they are mostly successful and glorified in some way or another.
Like Razias plan to marry off Nikhat and her continuous stunts about Nikhats character. She succeeded getting Nikhat s marriage fixed into a horrible lowlife family so that she can start her game. Nikhat cried constantly and her parents tolerated all the humiliation and torture of that creep Haseena Bi because their daughter was dark and they don't want the Rishta to be broken again. I hated how the entire track was projected as women with dark complexions must pay prices for something they are not guilty of. If you notice the PH made Haseena Bi and Razia successful each and every time in Nikhats case , this track is on even now.
Now comes Razia. This woman has class and this actress is extremely sharp and her acting power makes her scenes watch worthy. But she is an evil woman who uses each and every person for he own benefit. Right from Rashid whom she blackmailed for her benefits and kept him practically as a servant in his house to her own daughter and guess what she was successful 17 years ago and she is successful now.
Her dark deeds are glorified and every time she won. Atleast most of her big games anyway. Badi Bi and her torture sessions were cringeworthy but those scenes were in detail acquired max screenspace when aired.
Tanveer is a cheapo version of Razia and she is indeed cheap and lowlife. Even her scenes just plain disgusts us because well she is not nearly half as talented as Razia. Her cruelty right from trying to kill all to live wire, to killing a chicken with bear hands to hurt herself with knife or burn herself everything became successful as of now and guess what she is practically the lead for the last 4 months. She is present in each and every frame . Her dresses, her make ups everything is perfect from the beginning and she gets to be with the male lead much more than the female lead. She gets his sympathy, trust and well physical access far more than the female lead.We often wonder is she supposed to be the new lead or something.
Her scene with the lead are in detail and long where the lead pairs scenes are rushed incomplete.
Each and every brutality of hers are in complete detail and although cringeworthy they are glorified.
The latest rape scene left a bad taste in everyone's might. That scene might not have been so graphic and horrendous. The makers could have toned down that scene but they had to make it look like a cheap C grade movie just to prove a point maybe. Look viewers how cunning and cruel Bit** this woman is and this is how wins a game at the end.
In a way I feel the PH giving a wrong message to the society and community by showing graphic scenes of sexual assaults and evil winning over good every time. Leads are dumber than any normal person with basic iq here and vamps are super power. The character is Tanveer made many of us feel low and ashamed as women. How low can a woman get and she is treated everytime the most grand way by the makers.
I feel QH is actually in the wrong direction and in the name of a show the channel and the makers are spreading negativity and giving ideas to people about doing bad evil things perfectly. I am disgusted as a viewer nowadays and feel low every time I see this show. The charm of QH is mostly lost due to too much negetivity

I Feel the makers should tone down the vamps and their activities and dialogues. They are extremely vulgar and this show has many young viewers. A PH and channel has some social responsibility as well .
Glorifying crime and criminals are wrong showing cruel and depressed things in the name of entertainment all the time is a crime.
Qubool hai is too extreme nowadays . High TRP is good but that's mainly because of the amazing chemistry of the leads but too much negativity is not good for the viewers as well as the society.
PS this is my POV. Absolutely no bashing please. Positive negative all comments are welcome.

Hopefully so but I guess Tanveer is back at RM and most probably Zoya again is going to come back there and same drama.
I hope Tanveer goes away for good now. Can't take it anymore

Yes Trina you are right. They have gone OTT with their baddies. We are here served with villains in duplicate old and young version who surpass eachother in evilness. QH has no shady character just plain good, plain bad and plain stupid. 😡

Quboohai is ruled by villains. Just to glorify vamps the cvs are reduced Asad from being a sharp business tycoon to a rape victim by a preggy lowlife vamp.

Ever since I made the mistake of watching some of 4Lion's shows, I have noticed this trend.
I am sorry to say that it is not restricted to just this PH but widespread in the Soap world.

I have said this repeatedly that it is reprehensible of not only the PH but the Channels to encourage such shows that give step-by-step instructions on how to carry out tortures, evil schemes, lies, and deceit, etc.

As I channel-surf on youtube, I have seen various methods here and there showcase in detail how to kill / torture DILs (or others) with poison, live wires, snakes/scorpions, rapes, 'accidents', fire, drowning, knives, guns, etc.

The 'redemption' or 'justice' scenes are usually one or two episodes long and consist of a long lecture with the cops coming at the end (as usual).😕

Art reflects society, but I find it hard to believe that for every 6 people who brutally raped and murdered that poor girl in Delhi, there are not 600,000 who rise up in protest.
Viewing the crowd that rose up in protest, it was clear that it had a huge representative from the 'middle-class' and 'house-wife' groups to whom such daily soaps are marketed.

So it is mind-boggling that such a crowd accepts these dirty stories by various Channels and PHs.
But, accept, it does.
When I speak with people who watch it, while they disagree with what is shown, they see it for the 'good' moments, the 'romance' moments, the 'justice prevails' moments.

There are certainly some who relish the negative aspects of the show. But like the perpetrators of a crime, they are few in number.
Yet, these few are the ones being catered to in our stories.

Antagonists are needed in every story, and there are likely even more horrendous stories in society than are depicted on screen.
Yet there are a far greater number of 'good' stories as well.
I am equally sure that most of these 'good' stories did not become 'good' without some amount of struggle; and hey, presto! Antagonist is born!

One could easily use the antagonist in 'good' stories rather than use the protagonist in 'bad' stories.
Unfortunately, the latter seems to rule the roost.
I lay the blame squarely on saas-buhoo shows AND the watching 'middle-class housewife'.

When saas-buhoo and evil shows began in the mid 1990s, housewives and the middleclass were hungry for shows other than on the government channel.
They were shocked and titillated by what was shown and got hooked.
Not on the shows, but to TV-watching.

Once people get home from work/school, etc, (grown-ups) I hardly see them venture out of their houses except to buy something/speak to someone real quickly.
The standard is to have dinner finished by the time the shows start.
There is no emphasis on family conversations, games played together, engaging in productive work, giving time to non-profits, or volunteer work, or simply going for walks, meeting with friends, etc.

It is all about TV, and that is the 'relaxation'.

I have also observed myriad emotional ups and downs that such people experience because of these shows and their attachment to the fictional characters.
I have seen blood pressures shoot up, crying bouts, mood swings, eye-strains, headaches, and other problems associated with sedentary lives spent in front of the TV, emotionally involved with their heroes.

So while the 'hook' has done its job, the fish was most willing to be caught.
I doubt that generation would ever change.
It is up to us much younger generation to not get hooked onto such shows and send a clear statement.
But are we doing that?
I think the answer is clear.
As long as KSG is sans shirt in a cringe-worthy scene, most don't seem to give a damn.

Rabid fans will call and text the Channels and PHs if they want their heroes to behave in certain ways - come back from the dead, continue in the show if he is threatening to leave, etc. - but no one has ever bombarded the Channels or the PHs if the amount of negativity being glorified has become entirely unpalatable.
After all, if they wait just one more day or a week, KSG will bare his chest and ALL IS WELL!

And so another generation is reeled in by the channels and PH who know they'll never be out of work as long as they continue to churn out such crap.
The public (we) seems to thrive on it.

Why blame the PH?

I agree with you Trina. Tanveer has single-handedly managed to ruin the essence of this show and we are all just fed up of her. Yesterday was the limit. Way beyond disgusting 🤢 But still looks like she isn't going anywhere soon. Frankly, at this point of time the only positive of the Ajmer track can be Billi's exit but it won't happen most likely. I think it'll reach that stage where she'll claim that Asad is her baby's daddy. And then more drama.

PS: Do post this on Forum 32!
