Honestly most ArVians don't really care what happens in the story line anymore. Purvi can go to Onir if she wants and Arjun can be with Ovi if he wants, its just gonna make the show worse than it already is.

After the way ArVi have been split and butchered as characters, it's pointless to expect sudden magic from CVs and get our old ArVi back. But I guess one day ArVi will reunite as AshVik are the most popular and successful thing to happen to this show since Sushita.
