So true...I agree with all of you, I didn't feel this disgusted even when Asad slapped Zoya. It was his emotion for his Ammi that made him do that. However, this is deliberate! Wouldn't it be something if Asad and Zoya somehow managed to make it back to the banquet hall and still get married. We all expected a lot of turmoil in their lives with all of the different tracks they have lined up, but for something like this to happen, is just disgusting!
