May be antra is sanjay's ex Gf...or something...and Amit and Antra have been good buddies.. HE is formal with Amita too..he calls her aap..so we cannot take that as a point ..but there is something like best buds between them..which why they seem to be so close and comfortable.

May be this can be the situation...But
1) Amit is an absolute nerd who is always very shy in dealing with girls...so a girl's physical proximity with him is not tallying with his nature. He calls " AAP" & then allows the girl to put her head on his shoulder??? Agreed buddies can do this but definitely not Amit Shah.
2) Amit is such a person for whom family is a priority. Even after getting calls from Amita,he said to Antara that he has no problem in spending the time with her.
These acts can be normal for any Tom Dick & Harry but definitely not for a Sadhu type Nerd like Amit Shah. Therefore its really shocking!!

But yaar how??? I think Antra had told that she was born and brought up in US.

And Amit had never gone to US as far I know.

( Actually it has only been a few weeks since I started seeing the show. So I am not sure.Sorry if I am mistaken)

Yes! Amit has never been to U.S. till date...so Antara becoming Amit's buddy is just not the case...& he wouldn't have adressed Amit as " AAP" rather "TU" had Antara been Amit's buddy...coz Amit addresses his best buddies Sanjay & Batuk as "TU" not "AAP"

I feel so bad for our Ammu, poor girl was running around everywhere to make his birthday special.

Yep ! Very true. But I'm still wondering ki Antra ke sath aise kya hua ki Amit ne usko apane khande par sar rakhne par kuch bhi nahi kahan ??? 🤔
