After a week Maan and Geet went back home.

Maan had break fast.Geet passed by.
MAAN:Geet,why did you not give me a company while having breakfast?
GEET:Sorry Maan.
K;You did'nt have your breakfast.Right?Come have it.
GEET:No Maan.I don't want break fast.
MAAN:Why?Your dieting will affect your health.Breakfast is very important.You should not skip it.
GEET:Not because i am dieting.Today is Karvachauth.Right?This is my first Karvachuth.
MAAN:O!So you are fasting for me?Nonsense.
GEET:Don't talk like that Maan.It's for your long life.Every wife fasts for her husband on Karvachauth.

She became upset.

Geet entered their bedroom.
GEET:Maan..moon will appear now.

Maan did'nt respond.She was upset.She left the room.
The moon appeared.All husbands broke their wives' fast.
Geet stood alone waiting for Maan.She was upset.
After some time Maan came.She was relieved.
MAAN:Still i don't believe in this.

I just came so that you won't continue fasting and spoil your health.
She smiled a little.
Geet viewed the moon through a sieve.Then she closed her eyes and said a brief prayer asking for her Maan's long life.
She turned to Maan.He looked at her carelessly.

She viewed his face through the sieve.

He was least interested.

Maan took water from the pot and gave Geet her first sip.
She smiled happily.
MAAN:I just gave you a sip of water and you are this happy?
GEET:It's not simply water drops for me.It's amrit.
He smirked:You are mad Geet.
He just walked away.Her face became dull.
He turned back and looked at her.She had some hope.
He came towards her and held her hand.He took her inside.
MAAN:Change your saree and come.I will also change my outfit.
They changed their outfit.He took her to the dining room.
Food was arranged there.
MAAN:Now i won't leave you simply.You have to finish food.
GEET:This much food?How can i finish it?No..no..it's impossible.
MAAN:It's possible.
He started feeding her.

She ate happily looking at his lovely face.He realized that her eyes were fixed on him passionately.He smiled cutely.

Present...
Maan opened his wet eyes.
His mind said:Geet..even though you kept karvachauth vrath for my long life i became a dying patient.I am dying every moment.Your belief about Karvachauth was wrong.The truth is that the day you left me i died.
Daksh saw tears in Maan's eyes.
D:Maan!
MAAN:What you said is true.Actually when nobody loves us why should we live?Should we wait till we have a natural death?
Daksh never expected Maan to be so weak.

Maan wiped his tears.

Still tears kept falling from his eyes.

Maan wept hugging Daksh.
Maan told him about how he and Geet loved each other.

MAAN:Problems started arising in our life when my business failed.To be frank i was no longer the rich business man Maan Singh Khurana.I became a big zero.Still i did'nt become weak as Geet was with me.I was sure that she will be with me whatever happens.But...
