Chapter 5: The First Night of an Unforgetable Trip

Once Jeevika and Maanvi left, Virat and Viren realized what they both had done and looked at each other embarrassed. Virat had a flashback of the incident before dinner and sighed as he sat down on Viren's bed in pure embarrassment. Viren looked at his brother and sensed something was wrong and decided to ask him.

Viren: Virat, are you ok, itni laal kyun hai tu?

Virat: Bhai when you and Jeevika di went out for food, me and Maanvi uhh kind of lost control. She got out of the shower and was in a towel and I couldn't stop myself. He didn't know how explain any further and mentally slapped himself for the wording he used. Viren just stared at him as he misunderstood how far Virat and Maanvi took the incident.

Viren: VIRAT! You have to be kidding me, what if she gets pregnant? Have you even confessed your feelings to her?

Virat: WHAT, BHAI WE DIDN'T GET THAT FAR! She was in a towel and I accidently switched the suitcases. I just had a hard time controlling myself and on top of that left my cell in her room. She apologized for what happened and I lost control again and gave her a hug when I was hard.

Viren just looked at his brother in amazement and the fell of the bed laughing. Virat just glared at him and asked him to be serious and help him. Viren tried to make another joke and said "I don't have tricks for control in that kind of stuff. I would suggest getting married to maanvi soon so you can fulfill these desires" he said giggling. Virat glared at him again and tackeled him down until Viren finally gave in. Back in Maanvi's room, Jeevika and Maanvi were discussing how the brothers were giving them double meaning hints and giggled thinking about what it could mean. Maanvi then thought back to the incident she had with Virat and smiled. It was awkward for both of them but having him that close made her feel happy and complete. Jeevika looked at her sister confused as she was just smiling on her own and then thought back to how weird Virman were at Dinner.

Jeevika- Mannu, what happened, tu thik to hai na?

Maanvi came out of her flashback and blushed hard. Jeevika smiled and understood that something must have happened between Virman. She decided not to bother Maanvi too much about it. Virat had once told her about his feelings for Maanvi and she couldn't be happier because she knew Virat would always keep her Mannu happy. After a while Jeevika went to sleep and Viren went back to his room and fell asleep as well. Virman were not tired at all and were just surfing the net on their computers. Maanvi decided to get a snack from the fridge and saw Virat's light on and asked him if he wanted to join. They plopped down on the couch with a bowl of jalebis and turned on the TV but found nothing good on. Maanvi decided they should have a little fun while eating and randomly blurted out "bhete bhete kya kare karna hai kuch kaam, shuru karo antakshri le ke prabhu ka naam." Virat just giggled at her but agreed as he thought it would be fun.

Virat: alight madam, ladies first you can start.

Maanvi:

Virat smiled as he watched her dance and then got up to dance with her. They continued the game for a while and it was now Virat's turn. The letter that Maanvi ended on gave him an idea to get closer to Maanvi. He slowly got up and asked Maanvi to get up as well. He started humming the song and Maanvi immediately recognized it, it was her favorite song, tum hi ho. She looked at him and asked him softly if he could sing the song. Leaning towards her slowly he whispered "only if you dance with me." Maanvi didn't know what to say because she had never seen this romantic side of Virat and just nodded her head yes. Virat was gleaming with content and slowly pulled her towards him with his hand tight around her waist. He saw that Maanvi didn't want to move her hands but he really wanted this dance so he let go of her to place her hands around his neck and placed his hands back around her waist.

By the end of the song, Maanvi's head was rested on Virat's chest and Virat was smiling as he was almost certain Maanvi had feelings for him. Maanvi couldn't even move an inch after he was done singing. Deep down she felt like Virat was singing each line just for her and she felt so happy and complete in his embrace. After a while Virat pulled apart from her to check to see if she was ok when he saw her she still had her eyes closed and had a smile playing on her face. She realized he had pulled apart and opened her eyes finally and decided to ask him the question that was bugging her during the entire dance.

Maanvi: Virat, yeh gana mera favorite hai but I didn't know you liked it. Since when did you start listening to music like this?

Virat smiled at her and replied "This is the only song like this that I like. Every single lyric of this song reminds me of someone very special to me. My life will always incomplete without her because she holds my heart." Maanvi just looked at him in shock. Hearing him talk about love again confused her because he had specifically told her pyaar is complete bakwas. He was extremely hurt after Maya and promised himself never to fall in love again. Maanvi was glad that he had finally given love a second chance but was broken now that he had fallen in love with someone else.

Maanvi: Who is the girl she asked nervously, hoping Virat wouldn't ask why she wanted to know.

Virat smirked as he understood that Maanvi was now jealous. He wanted to put her at ease but he didn't want his proposal to be this abrupt so he decided to make up an excuse.

Virat: Its 2 am and you are interested in finding out who I like? Its late we should head to sleep.

Maanvi: What, that is not even fair, we are best friends. Come on yaar, I can help you tell her your feelings.

Virat had already headed towards the stairs but seeing Maanvi's desperateness he turned around and answered. "Maanvi you are the only one that can help me get her to say yes. You already know who she is, you see her every day, can you please tell her that I really love her?" Maanvi just looked at him shocked. How was she supposed to even know who the girl was?

Maanvi: Don't I need her name to do that?

Virat: You know her name, just close your eyes and ask your heart who it could be. He smirked and walked up to his room, collapsed on his bed and fell asleep thinking about the Pari that would one day be his wife and the wonderful dance they had together.
