Well I was reading a book called 'Best friends' and this idea popped in my head. Please do read the prologue and tell me if I should continue this or not. If you don't like it please do inform me so I shall discountinue it and don't worry I am used to rejections😉

Prologue

"You won't be able to catch me!" yelled a running 8 year old girl while her best friend ran behind her. "Oh come on Zoe! You know I catch you everytime!" Asad yelled back, he always let her win. Once when he had caught her, she cried so much that he never let that happen again. "Asad! Zoya! Tea is ready!" called out Dilshad from the kitchen window. "We are coming Ammi!" Asad shouted back. "Zoe, Ammi is calling. Tea is ready. Why don't you have tea at my house?" "Coming! Please tell me that Phuphi has made trifle!" replied Zoya with a cute face. Asad shrugged as she came and slipped her hands into his. Both the kids walked into the house hand in hand with a smile adorning their faces.

CHARACTER SKETCH

Asad Ahmed Khan

Asad is an eleven year old disciplined boy. He is the son of Dilshad and Rashid Ahmed Khan and elder brother of Najma. He is Zoya Faruqi's Best Friend since he was seven. He is very serious about his studies as he wants to be like his father when he grows up.

Zoya Faruqi
Zoya is an eight year old bubbly and chirpy girl. She is the daughter of Zainab and Zaid Faruqi. She is the only child hence is very spoilt by her parents. She is Asad's best friend since she moved to the neighbourhood and her Abu became buisness partners with Rashid.

Najma Ahmed Khan
Najma is five years old. She is Asad's younger sister and her daddy's little princess. She loves to draw and colour.

Dilshad A. K.= Mother of Asad and Najma, wife of Rashid and Zainab Faruqi's good friend.

Rashid A. K.= Father of Asad and Najma, husband of Dilshad and buisness partner of Zaid Faruqi.

Zainab Faruqi= Mother of Zoya and wife of Zaid Faruqi.

Zaid Faruqi= Father of Zoya and husband of Zainab. He is not fond of Asad.
