We are Best Friends - Part 5
Hello lovelies! I know I said I won't update for a few weeks and stuff but I typed this out on my iPhone in the car, while waiting in lines, malls, restaurants etc etc. Now I actually won't be able to update for two weeks cause of stupid exams!
*Next morning*
"Asad, what are you doing?"
"I'm getting ready for school Abu." Asad replied.
"Okay. I'm taking you to school today. I'll inform Zaid." said Rashid and walked out to call Zaid.
Asad was confused. Zoya and him always went together unless one of them was sick.
"Zoe, Rashid Uncle called. He wants to take Asad as he needs to speak to him. Today I'll drop you. You can sit in the front." Zaid told Zoya.
"Okey dokey! Abu this is the first time I'm going to school without Asad when he isn't sick." Zoya was happy she was allowed to sit in the front but sad about Asad not being there.
*Rashid's car*
"Asad, I have bad news. Please don't cry because you are a big boy and they don't cry." Rashid first consoled Asad.
"Abu, what could be worst then moving. If we aren't moving I don't really care just as long as I'm not separated from Zoya." Asad was quite sensible.
Rashid felt worse. He hated himself for agreeing for the stupid post.
"Asad, we are moving!" He blurted.
Asad instantly broke from the inside. "Where?" he whispered.
At that moment they reached school. Asad did not wait for any answers, he just ran into school. Ran until he reached his locker.
Zoya was waiting there for him.
"Asad! There you are! Strange coming alone isn't it? So what happened? What did Rashid uncle say?" Zoya was really curious.
Asad couldn't face her. He just gave her a 'I'm very upset look' and walked away leaving a hurt Zoya behind.
'Allah Miyah! What's wrong with Asad? He has never just walked away. How could he do it now then? I won't talk to him, but I do want to know what Rashid Uncle told him that he is so upset. We have ten minutes for class, I'll go comfort him like a good friend should.' Thought Zoya and started walking towards Asad's class.

'Ya Allah! Why did I walk away? I have to face her anyway. I can't keep running away. She must be hurt. Abu always told me that life is a test. I probably didn't study enough for this chapter. I have to go make it up to her.' Asad was a very sensible boy.
They were both going to console each other.
BAM!
They collided, but before Zoya could fall, Asad caught her(ahem ahem I know Asad is a child but they kids are in love and love makes you mature - I think-).
"Asad!"
"Zoe!"
"I was just coming to you. Please do not try to walk away again Mr. Khan, you know the consequences." Zoya warned him.
"I'm so sorry Ms. Faruqi. I too was coming to you. I will tell you what Abu told me when the time is right. That could be after school at home. Okay? Plus, I've got cola bottle gummies for you." Asad knew really well that she would forgive him.
"You are forgiven. Hand over the candy right NOW Mr. Khan." She demanded. Asad followed her orders. He couldn't mess with her.
The bell rang and all the kids rushed to their classes. So did Asad and Zoya, after a little hug.
*After school*
"Asaddd!!!!! TELL ME NOW!" Commanded Zoya.
Asad couldn't bring himself to it,"I don't know how to tell you. I'll call mum and we'll tell you together."
Zoya nodded and Asad went out to fetch his mum. He was mamma's boy.
"So, uh- well Zoya we have bad news for you." Dilshad too didn't know how to spill the beans.
"Uh yes, bad news. Please don't cry after we tell you. I hate seeing your tears." Asad told her.
"You guys! Tell me quick. I won't cry just as long as Asad's with me." Zoya was getting impatient. What was wrong with these people?
"Zoya, we are moving to-" before Dilshad could finish Zoya started sobbing. She had heard moving and WE that meant Asad was going. Her worst fear had come true.
"N-no Phuphi you-you cannot do that to m-me. Asad ca-cannot leave me." Zoya was crying uncontrollably.
"Zoe! Please don't cry! It wasn't our decision. It's your Abu and Rashid who decided." Dilshad tried consoling her.
Now, Zoya was furious. Her Abu decided? He knew how much this family meant to her. Could he be jeolous? It was true that Zoya loved Dilshad more than her mum and Rashid more than her Abu.
"Abu decided? Well then, he will have to change his decision. I don't care what the cosequences will be. Phuphi, please may I have the phone?" Zoya knew how to get around her Abu.
"ABU HOW COULD YOU MAKE RASHID UNCLE MOVE? YOU KNOW ASAD, PHUPHI AND NAJMA WILL GO TOO. WHY? ABU, WHY?" She yelled into the phone, yet sobbing.
Zaid had not expected this.
"Calm down Zoe, please. I am coming home in fifteen minutes we will talk then." said Zaid calmly.
"NO ABU! I WANT THE ANSWER NOW!" Asad had never seen her so angry. He was scared.
"Zoe I am in the car nine minutes max ok? Calm down, I'll tell you as soon as I reach home." Zaid disconnected the call. He had completely forgotten about Zoya while making this hard decision. He never thought that Rashid would actually take his family along with him.
"What did he say Zoe?" asked Asad.
"He's coming now. He'll tell me then. Lets go to my house. Phuphi, you come too." replied Zoya, her voice was full of anger and hurt.
Zaid reached home to see Asad, Dilshad,Najma, Zainab and Zoya waiting for him.
"Assalamualaikum Abu, we are yet awaiting your answer." Zoya stood up.
"Walaikumasalaam. Sit down Zoya, I will answer your question."
Zaid narrated the entire story. Rashid was only supposed to go for a year, hence alone. Then it got extended for two years yet Rashid said he would go alone, but then Rashid decided to settle there with his entire family as his parents live there.
The last past shocked Asad, his grandparents lived in... but they couldn't go so far!
"I'm sorry to interrupt uncle but where exactly are we moving? Abu didn't tell me. You are saying that my grandparents live there, is it..."

A/N/: I'm soo evil aren't I? Now wait for two weeks to know where Asad will go! I can give you a clue, it's far far away.
I'm happy that I have finally started the actual plot. I was so angry at Tanveer that I wanted Asad and all the others to be angry too. Plus I wanted her to be inferior so that's why she didn't know English.
Please ignore any and every mistake.
