@All. Thank you for reading , and replying with an open mind. Just so that i clear out the fog out of some over-active minds here, i am not dissecting or preaching Islam here - its not my job and contrary to dogma and the fundamentalists , i would rather have people follow religion as they understand it. This post is only to tell you that no matter what your religion is, keep your measuring tapes inside your closet. They have no right to extend to the person next door. Your job is to practice your faith and as for what is sin and what isn't, i am pretty sure the Almighty can take care of it. ❤️

I cannot understand something.

The entertainment business is all about making money and showing what sells. Nothing is about pleasing or displeasing any religious group. Isn't it more demeaning to bring in religion into such a topic rather than the content itself?

dear TM, we who r nt liking this, dnt means that we r judging people by their clothes... we r nt against anyone that what they r wearing is wrong n what we r wearing is right.. we r nt even against to these clothes everybody is giftd wd a brain, they kno what to do or nt... the thing is that if they r showing this, they can, bt that was indeed nt needed... atleast by name even, they shuld keep in min? that they r showing sumthng abt muslims..

I don't why people drag religions in their discussions about show ..

They should not expect the event and the characters to behave according to the islamic rule ..

I'm a faithful Muslim, and I can tell you The mini skirt is not the only violation of islamic rules,, Every episode from each character I see many many violation.. but I know that this TV show, and it have nothing to so with Islam or religion, it just took some thing from the Islamic background..

i see no point in even bringing religion in between and say QH is demeaning it ...
Gul is herself Muslim and it's her show. she follows the same religion and she cannot demean it.
i hv enough muslim friends who wear short dresses, so i see no big deal and so what if they showed such a scene on TV?
people need to understand and respect the fact the way everyone perceives religion is different. the way Gul does and wants to show is more liberal. i guess liberal and orthodox views will always clash, no matter what the religion is. and now i feel it's good that they are showing it.

Jeez the episode hasn't even aired yet and people are jumping down the CV's throat and quoting religious holy books like they're textbooks they've memorised, ready to start spouting out information the second they see something they don't agree with!

We need to remember that Gul herself is Muslim, so anything she shows, reflects on her also

I'm Muslim but I'm not perfect.

I wear clothes which I shouldn't, but that doesn't make me any less religious in heart and mind. None of us are perfect

Not me, you or Zoya and that's what QH is all about - breaking stereotypes

That's not to say that Islam should allow miniskirts and this is what QH is showing

But it's for God to judge and let him decide

Before anyone starts screaming no what she's wearing is wrong, I think we all need to keep calm and wait til the episode airs

this topic still going on geez.. i could the people who are genuinely versed in their religion or not but i dont have time to waste analysing... truth stands out from false... dont take ur religion for play and amusement that is what this duniya is all about an illusion.. now im dont want any replies to this comment. let him with understanding know to whom im referring and think about their death!!
