the man Gautam Rode!

i had not known him before, i first saw him in nach baliye and my first impression was that he seems to be sharp and witty, but not quite impressed since it was not a serial and as a host manish paul had already made a mark with his wits and great screen presence...

he got noticed only when i saw the promos of saraswatichandra..magnificent body, chiseled features, mesmerizing voice, and great facial expressions! i thought to myself who is he, how can one be so perfect when it comes to looks and acting..i got impressed and wanted to know more about him...

i looked into his old and new interviews where he talked about his struggles in life, how he wanted to become a stock broker and ended up in the show business..first of all i could not believe how old he is, he for sure has kept himself well..which shows how disciplined he is when it comes to work outs..then slowly his great qualities surfaced when i read somewhere that he has a very clean lifestyle and has taken up his parents responsibility...a self made man and a fighter..who falls then gets up and then starts walking again...

then i came to know that he is a leo like me, and to my surprise his likings r so similar to mine..i could then relate to him as a person..now when i watch him on screen playing various characters i can see the dedication and hard work he puts into them to make it look real and puts life into the character...

as we all know saraswatichandra would not have been saraswatichandra without his hard work and dedication, so here i am making a small post as a tribute to our Mr. Gautam Rode, who is not only a great actor but also a wonderful human being, so down to earth, a guy next door, and a normal human being who lives a normal life like u and me...

here is a little poem that i dedicate to him taken from an old pakistani play which in short means that when i think of u u bring smile on my face..just like seeing oasis in a dessert..just like a sick person feels normal again..

"raat yun dil mein teri khoi hui yaad aayee
jaise veerane mein chupke se bahaar aa jaye
jaise sehra mein hole se chale baade nasin
jaise bemaar ko bewajah karaar aa jaye"

Mandy, when I heard his BBC interview, I mentally kicked myself because I couldn't believe I'm listening to it so long after it was conducted... You could hear the fatigue in his voice, but he still kept his interview so light and fun. I couldn't believe it. He was an absolute treat to listen to! Indeed, this man is a classy, sophisticated, cleanly and personable guy. In fact, I just finished his Ssshhh Phir Koi Hai series, and to be honest, I didn't particularly find it well portrayed, but the way he carried out his work and was both Madhav and Mohan simultaneously, was amazing! I actually felt like he was 2 different people at the beginning, and by the time the show was done, the way he merged the two characters into one was phenomenal. I was really speechless, shocked, and satisfied with it. It's not everyday where you get to see such sheer brilliance, but we are so lucky that we do get it 😳

thanks veera! i just watched him in teri meri love stories..his chemistry with this new girl mala was outstanding! and the way he portrayed the character was just brilliant! i have also seen the shhh koi hai series in bits and pieces, i agree that he has played his part well! what impresses me is that not only he is a good actor but also so down to earth, when u listen to his interviews u feel that he is a boy next door and not a celebrity..not too many celebrities r that down to earth..i am so proud to be his fan😳!

me too have same story as urs now i find ashish kapoor much a child when i see Gautam acting

one thing is sure my choice quality isinc. day by day as i now like more good actors then one with just a handsome face and still learning A of acting

😆! shana dear sab hain..u r rt ashish is all good looks but still has to learn A of acting! i fell for gauti more as a person, he is different, just like aamir is from rest of the bollywood, aur mujhe mukhtalif cheezen pasand hain😳!
