Gurika's chemistry was never the push and pull one. In many serials they spend almost half of the episode on the leads where the heroine is trying to move away from the hero ( with unnecessarily blushing š¤ ), hero will try to catch her dupatta which is only covering her neck š¤, and then the dupatta comes out and the heroine will try to cover herself with her hands (yeah like she was covered before š) and then the hero will modestly put the dupatta back on her and then again 10 minutes of eye lock.
But in PV we never got any such scenes, and that was the whole beauty of it, cause such scenes were never needed in PV. Even after standing feet's apart from each other Gurika had that intense chemistry just by body language and through their eyes. āļø š š
It was the magic of Gurika's intense chemistry, that even without such cliched scenes we got so many many beautiful scenes. I still remember so many scenes where they didn't even touched each other, they were standing feet's apart but the way they looked at each other, I swear my heart skipped a beat. Here are few scenes...
1 - during AarYa's engagement, when Aarti's pallu gets stuck on Yash's stole, they were not even looking at each other, in fact Aarti's was standing with her back towards him.
2 - During their infamous SR, OMG who can forget that whole night
3 - during the Mumbai beach scene, when Aarti was ogling on him and a confused Yash was looking at her š¤¢
4 - Next morning when Yash yearns (for the first time) to touch a sleeping Aarti's hair š¤¢ (OMG that's my most favorite scene )
5 - The Towel drooping scene on Yash's birthday.š¤¢
6 - The Mausam hai Suhana scene
7. - The next morning scene after Yash puts Aarti's pics on the wall and Aarti sees it for the first time, and later walks in the living room. Yash was about to leave but stops when he hears Aarti's anklet tinkling and then that intense eye lock between them š¤¢
8 - The KC Pooja scene.
9 - All their dates
10 - All their songs, from Bawara Mann, to Abhi Abhi to MARJAIYAN to BeImtihaan āŗļø š¤¢
The list is endless, I could go on and on and on. But I'll stop here. You guys are welcome to add your own scenes.
The whole point of this post is, Anyone can create the push and pull and falling on each other kind of chemistry. But frankly I don't think that anyone can Create that kind of chemistry without even touching each other the way GC and KS did. šāļø āļø
