Anish Bhattacharya to make an entry in the show
CID Kolkata Bureau on Sony Aath will see the entry of a new ACP, which will be played by Anish Bhattacharya. His entry will also mark the all new look of the daily show.
The case where the new ACP will come in will deal with the killing of a girl. The CID will arrive at an office after a guy, Gautam, complains to them about his fiancee missing from the office on their day of their engagement. Cops meet and interrogate the head of the office S Smriti her assistant Pritha, her brother Punit, and an employee Siddharth. As the cops search for the girl they find out that she went to the warehouse of the fashion house but didn't return. They finally find her body inside the warehouse, but when the body is taken for forensic examinations, it is discovered that she died due to poison consumed 24 hrs back. So ACP tells she must have been killed and then buried inside the wall. The cops initial suspicion falls on Siddharth. But while investigating him, cops find that there is something more to Siddharth. So who are the real killers of the girl?
