Ok I've just read thru more than 25 pages and I am wondering if everyone is referring to the same interview here.
In the interview I saw Sanaya said that the only thing she said to the PH is that the actor should be good at acting and that looks were not important and a good actor can make his place. This is something she said in an interview before CC started From this it's obvious that she was giving her personal opinion and not pointing at FK.
When asked IF the replacement rumors are true what would shie want. She said IF the rumors are true all she would ask for was someone who could act. Did she say 'because Fk can't act'? Where in all of this did she attack FK - she didn't even mention his name. She asked for someone who could act before FK and the same now. Where was she rude or harsh to FK. She was asked a direct question and she gave a direct answer.
If she said that FK sucks and he should be replaced pronto then I would understand people thinking she was harsh or rude but not based on what I heard.
Coming to the Srman interview Sanaya was obviously embarrassed by what Srman was saying and was telling him to stop. At one point she even said something like I'm going you can interview just him.She was laughing but anyone who has seen any Sanaya interview will tell you that she wasn't comfortable with what Srman was saying.
Sanaya is the one who asked fans to give FK a chance...she didn't need to do that but she did.
As for the show itself I'm liking it on the whole - I have issues with some of the direction but only because i have problems with the director focusing on an epressionless face rather than one that portrays every expression under the sun beautifully. I also have a big problem with the background music but apart from that I'm liking the story and the rest of the cast and their acting. The trp's are extremely disappointing but I'm enjoying this show more than the one with the highest trp''s on Sony or for that matter definitely more than the one ruling the trp charts.i think the problem is finding a middle ground audience. The show maybe be too saas-bahu ish for Sanaya's fan base but not enough for the audience who thrives on conniving mothers in law and silent saintly daughters in law. To me this show is the best of both worlds and just needs to find it's niche.
