Tanveer's hands on fire and Appi mentioning about Zoya's phobia at the same time...

The reason could be that Tannu might accuse Zoya of setting her on fire but now that Asad knows, he might suspect his Tannu.

I get this strong sense but I could be wrong. What do you say, guys?
