Revenge round 2 "Mistrusting trust"

Recap:

Rk is at shoot at night...while madhu is at chawl...however she heads to rk mansion at night...

At rk mansion

Next day evening

Madhu is ready in her bridal saaree...n she carefully gets out of Rk mansion so that nobody can stop her or question her...unaware that deepali has seen her...madhu gets into the car and head to the wedding venue...rk is waiting there...panditji is sitting there next to the holy fire...

Chapter 8 - THE MARRIAGE BEGINS

At the wedding venue

madhu arrives at the wedding venue...rk is waiting there...panditji is sitting there next to the holy fire...

The whether is pleasant...mild breeze is blowing...the pond looks calm and soothing in the moonlight...crecsent moon is shinning right above the holy fire place...

On seeing madhu, rk walks towards her till the entrance...on reaching there he abruptly hugs her and says "i luv u madhu" (in a very innocent panic struck state) he breaks the hug and holds her hand...their eyes lock...everything is silent and they just walk on the grass with bare feet till they reach the holy fire place...

Rk : madhu...(he's just at a loss of words)

Meanwhile at the chawl

deepali : kya aapko pata hai aapki beti kya gul khilaa rahi hai?

padminiji : meri beti ke baare mein aisa-waisa kuch bhi bolne se pehle sochlo...

deepali : kyu? ab itni dudh ki dhuli toh wo hai nahi...maan-na padega...shaadi tak pohoch gayi baat...abhi hi kuch der pehle dekha maine usse...dulhan waale liwhaaz mein...

trishna and padmini together "kya?"

deepali smirks n walks out...

trishna : maa main madhu ko phone lagaati hoon

padmini is looking at trishna with hope...she is tensed for madhu now..

trishna : maa madhu ka phone switched-off aa raha hai...(in a tensed voice)

padmini: shaayad wo wahi gayi ho jahaan pichli baar rk ne usse choda tha...

trishna : kahan?

Padimini : bataaya tha ussne mujhe jab pichli baar shaadi se pehle yahaan mile aayi thi...(n she recites out the address to trishna)

Trishna: maa itni der ho chuki hai iss waqt wahaan jaane ke liye taxi bhi nahi milegi...

Both r very tensed...trishna re-tries madhu's phone several times...then she tries rk's phone...switched-off...

Outside the chawl gate

(sultan is standing besides his car)

Sultan: kaka, aap Aryan ko lekar bodyguards ke saath ghar jaayiye..mujhe kaam hai...usse meri zaroorat hai...uski madad ke badle mein dosti nibhaane ka waqt aa gaya hai...

Kaka : kab tak aaoge?

Sultan : nahi pata...jab tak usse surakshit uske ghar nahi laata tab tak...main subah tak nahi lautoonga..

At the wedding venue

Rk : madhu main bohot khush hoon...ab sab thik hoga...hai naa (as if trying to self-convince)

Madhu : haan rk...(almost in tears)

Rk notices...n then says "panditji rasmein shuru kijiye"

Panditji : yeh war maala ek doosre ko pehnaayiye...

Both of them take the flower garlands in their hands...rk(looking a little relieved) puts around madhu's(closes her eyes n bends her head a little) neck...now madhu puts it around rk's neck...rk smiles..madhu returns the smile...

Both of them sit down near the holy fire place staring at each others' eyes and trying to understand the turmoil in their head...while panditji is chanting his mantras...

Panditji : ab pheron ke liye khade ho jaayein...

Both of them get up...panditji gives madhu a dupatta to put over her head and gives one to rk to put around his neck...now panditji ties a knot to their dupattas...ab phere...

Pehla phera...panditji is chanting mantras...

Rk starts walking(he's lost in thoughts)...madhu follows...(rk remembers this in his head)

ps : for those who didn't get it, sultan heard all the chawl talk (reminder that my story started before sultan's love realisation...so yes he is not in love with madhu...i cant take that stupidity of one day love! also he is aware of madhu's revenge plan)

trishna : maa i'll call madhu

padmini is looking at trishna with hope...she is tensed for madhu now..

trishna : maa madhu's phone is switched-off ...(in a tensed voice)

padmini: maybe she'll be at the same place where rk left her last time...

trishna : where?

Padimini : she told me when she had come to meet me last time before her wedding that was going to happen...(n she recites out the address to trishna)

Trishna: maa its so late now we won't even get a taxi to go to that place...

Both r very tensed...trishna re-tries madhu's phone several times...then she tries rk's phone...switched-off...

Outside the chawl gate

Kaka : till when will you return?

Sultan : dont know...till i dont drop her at home safely...i will not return till morning...

Rk : madhu i am very happy...now everything will be fine...right (as if trying to self-convince)

Madhu : yes rk...(almost in tears)

Rk notices...n then says "panditji start with the rituals"

Panditji : here...take these garlands n put them on each other...
