Today, i can think of nothing else except Tanveer.
Fine, Asad maybe a MCP, a jackass, an impulsive 'emotional fool' who uses his heart to think when his brain should be at work. He is many things we want him to be punished for but is he bad enough to deserve a woman like Tannu as his best friend? NO.
Cool, Zoe may have no conscious realization that she loves Asad and we may get irritated that how can't she know that she loves him. She may poke , tease, and confront Asad and live the wedding festivities as temporary fun but does she need a woman like Tanveer to realize her love for Asad? NO.
A brilliant job from writer's POV at portraying Tannu as the quick minded feminine vixen but its absolutely disgusting and inhuman from the character's POV.
Look at Asad. He has so much attachment to Tanveer that her so-called pain moved him to tears. He wanted to reduce her agony , pacify her in any way and he was even willing to thrash the person who could have possibly given her a so-called harrowing past. He looked so traumatized seeing her condition. Like Damon said once in TVD - "Friends do not manipulate friends." And here, you have an ungrateful and Iago-like figure ( Reference -Othello) who is a sadist in the name of friendship. She is out to ravage a man who treats her with adoration and honour.
And Zoe? This very girl whom Tannu keeps on trying to humiliate, kill and pull away from Asad has looked after Tannu with just as much care as Asad .Everytime Tannu has collapsed or pretended to collapse, Zoe has been her side like a sister - sitting by her side and tending to her. And what is this brandy-eyed beauty giving back to Zoe? Betrayal? Life threats? Backstab? A vow to snatch away Asad?
To top all of her ingratitude and conscious devilry, this woman is pregnant with an innocent life in her womb. And that is what makes her very sight all the more EMOTIONALLY NAUSEATING. She fills you with a certain kind of sickness in the pit of your stomach ( and i must say Amrapali was too good today, especially when she is trying to hug Asad and looking fiendishly at Zoe).
I don't care how warped Asad is or how unaware Zoe is. Nobody deserves a Tanveer in their lives. At least not people like AsYa who are so pure on the inside that they can't even see devilry while it is doing a striptease right in front of them!
The vixen must meet a befitting end and that does not include ravaged lives of Asad and Zoe.
For the rest of it, thank you, BCA for continuing to be the inverted Cupid and getting Aapi to Bhopal. Aapi AsYa ke kaam hi aayegi.
Its good that Asad understood that Zoe doesn't like his proximity to Tannu and he instantly moved away from her while Zoe went all firecrackers with her eyes. The smile on Asad's face on seeing the engagement pictures and Zoe's jealous and arrogant royal ignore, and Tamaatar fangirling over them. WOW.
Are HumAyan really married on paper? Gotta wait and watch now.
P.S- Precap? Wow. This is the first time that Zoe lost her temper at Dilshoo and spoke to her in a raised angry tone. Asad did notice that Zoe is angry, jealous and hurt - but if he does something about it or not remains to be seen. Zoe has always hated whatever separates her from Asad - Asad himself, the visa war, entry and existence of BCA. And she has always vocalized that hatred - even if in twisted words. I know it was kinda rude that Zoe spoke like that to Dilshoo but the girl was hurting on the inside - so what if she doesn't realize it yet that she loves Asad? That does not make the pain any less excruciating. It was totally on her face and on Asad's face too.
