What would you expect when two of the best-looking actors of Indian television are cast opposite each other? Yes, you tell us, one who raised your hands… "yes, romance, romance and romance."
Well, we are talking about Gautam Rode and Jennifer Winget who play the characters of Saras and Kumud in Star Plus' magnus opus, SLB's Saraswatichandra.
In the show, Saras and Kumud always had soft corner for each other, but it is now that their emotions will see more daylight, hence it would mean romantic scenes serenading the hearts of viewers.
As seen so far, Saras asked Kumud out on a date and the latter agreed. In tonight's (13 May 2013) episode, the lovey-dovey duo will live by Cupid's commands.
Said a source: "The romantic element will be intense and sequences will bring a smile on the lips of audiences."
That sounds…great!!!
In a sub-plot, Saras, who has had a 'not-so-great rapport' with his father Laxminandan Vyas (Chetan Pandit) in the past, will shoulder away emotional differences and come closer.
Tellychakkar.com got in touch with Gautam, and he said, "The audience wants to see Saras and Kumud together and that's exactly what they'd get to see in the upcoming episodes of the show."
