The Balraj and Meera scene which led to it was not shown. Meera was having one of those food cravings. Preggo women get one of those sudden high cravings for pickles n icecreams ! She spoke about kulfi cravings to Balraj during the day in hers and B's conversation. Balraj sent Agasthya to make sure she gets what she wants... kulfi..!☺️

Me believe Balraj wants to make sure his jackpot waaris and the mom is properly fed. There is a traditional belief bacche pe asar hota hai if mother is not fed what she wants... its also closely linked to moods during pregnancy. Balraj is doing this only for the baby this granting every lil wish of hers is only for the bigger result. Balraj trusts Agasthya a lil more than others he does all his works.

Likarsh good Q and me wondered about it too. And like Ashi says, needless to say the tyrant chacha's eyes are on his target (filthy rich "jackpot" waaris) like a hawk. So until that happens, he has to keep feeding whatever preggy M wishes / needs ... kulfi, achaar, icecream, any item of food, period.

And even if chacha has noticed Agasthya having little attraction towards Meera, AG is the only one he can trust / order for anything. CVs using this angle to bring AG-M closer ???
