This season the judges are not only biased but also selective.

Not everyone who wins the wk's 1st task or the fotw is given the flavour-e-azam brooch.

What could be the reason ❓

1- Recession?
2- Plain stinginess on part of SP!
3- Only the very very very very select few deserve it?
4- Delivery is not on time - when it is delivered flavour-e-azam is awarded!
5- Much ado about nothing.

This season lacks the consistency in judgement and the format of the show. The viewers r taken in 4 a ride with lots of confusions, shoddy editing ,inconsistent delivery of Flavour-e-azam ,unrealistic tasks etc.It could be stinginess from the channel's part as they have the final say in all these though the judges decide.

It's not the judges who decide that obviously, they just do what the makers of the show tell them to do as the makers arethe ones that make those decision then why blame the judges

The judges are leaders in their chosen field. They have some reputation to maintain. They're not some kind of puppets. If the channel dictates everything, then no self-respecting chef will agree to be a part of the show, no matter how prestigious!

The judges are there to taste the food and judge the contestants based on the food, they are leaders in that, they are not leaders in how to format a reality show

They are not there to select the locations like Amritsar, to select the theme of each episode, etc

For any reality show it is obviously not the judges who decide on the format of the show, it's the channel and the makers, duhhh

The judges get paid to judge and the channel tells them what to do

The flavor-e-azm is a honor given by masterchef, not personally give by the judges so the makers will decide when to give it, not the judges

And when the makers do want to give it, thennn it's the judges who decide who to give it to

No one's talking about the format here nor about the selection of locations, duhh! The options were for fun, but then not everyone gets it. No probs.

I meant, they're giving the brooch selectively. Like it's not given every week as it was in the last 2 seasons.

But then, I'll correct myself, the judges have become puppets at the channel's hands. Eliminating deserving candidates, keeping back dramebaaz & favouritism are rampant this time round. All acc. to channel's trp hunger.
