Before writing something , i wud really like to say before hand only that this is only my point of view . what i feel is am stating under.

After watching todays episode , or rather wud call yesteday's and todays's episode . i wud say kudos to the judges .. although DOYAL's gudbud faluda was lacking presentation . it looked dull as comapared to the original one. still she was declared the winner.. had it been the faluda of devyani correct , it m ight wud have reversed the decision

before the result was annouced . i was thinking the show is scripted and all there is flaws and mistakes . buy today after watching ..my POV changed ..

taste is always on a high note as compared to presentation ...
and that was the perfect right decision..

Apparently it changes from time to time.
When Navneets jelly was inedible Ishrat went, only coz she couldn't complete the presentation accurately.

Honestly, the judges lack consistency in judgement.

no offense but i disagree, presented with 2 dishes, wouldnt we all take up the dish that looks good? ofcourse taste is important but today they didnt even explain what was wrong with her faluda? was it so inedible or what? the episode was very disappointing!

@Bold: Exactly!! They kept showing the making of the faluda noodles as if to indicate that is what will decide the winner. But the noodles basically have no taste. It is made of cornflour and water and I think these people added rose water and colour as well. The other part that made up the red portion was rose syrup which is nothing but sugar, water , rose essence and colour. Sugar would have been the only differentiating factor - not something that required any chef to make a face or act all serious as we all prefer different levels of sugar in our desserts

yeah bulls..i was thinking abt tht noodles,it is almost tasteless bt why they were only talkin abt noodles!! uff show ya ghanta

You couldn't even tell if Doyels dishes had all layers!
I mean honestly, it looked so unappetising I don't think any of the judges would've tried it if not for judging a contest!

And just 1 layer wrong vs 13 layers becoming 3!!

Tuntuni, when they spent so much time showing Ajay warning Devyani about time to make the faluda noodles and how Doyal was ahead in that, difficulty both had in mixing the paste, etc I thought Devyani would be out due to lack of time. The editing was so rubbish

Am just tired of this show. Main thing is taking viewers for granted. being a cooking competition, viewers completely depend on what judges say. We can only see how dish looks like.

They said Doyal's faluda tasted really well but her presentn was a big flop. Ajay even said its better to not talk abt presentn. Devyani's presentn full marks also the taste wasnt that bad ( from what judges said). So ideally will look like Devyani shd be winner.

Last few weeks ,judges are making several wrong decisions.They dont shows us the proper discussion between the judges after tasting. does all of them taste dish but they just show one judge tasting each dish ,so how can they arrive at decision or compare the dishes. no clue what they r trying to show.😲
