i think making Gadbad is not the right task for elimination when compared to a pani puri for the flavour-e-azam title... what do u think?

my POV is only on the dish criteria.

Flavor-e-zam is the title for innovative thinking. They had to innovate and make a new flavor of a common dish. So it was apt for the title, in my view.

About that big jar challenge, I also think it is too much of a work. Make 45 kgs of food in 2 hrs is more of a strength task than cooking task.

I feel Innovation is the best task for an elimination round. This way they can prove how much they can change a dish or bring new ideas, Replication may be gud for team challenges or some other round but nt fr elimination. .They read recipes and try to make same thg and this way we have lost strong people Ishrat and wil loose one another contestant today who could have been strong contender for masterchef title.😕

I agree fully with you. Innovation should be the elimination criteria but then the objection would be the judges' bias. Here, they are comparing the two based on how well they can copy the same recipe thus taking out the bias, however, yesterday's task would have been a fit for Navneet and Ripu to compete with each other.

This is a strategy to keep the good ones away and the dramebaaz in the show!
Why did Ishrat go? Why did Navneet stay?
Why did Devyani go? Why not Doyel?

It's clear u stay if u r loud and boisterous.

Ripu is going to win! It now seems certain.
