Usually when any family adopt a child, the orphan place member do visit the place where the child is adopted to be sure that the child is treated well. The woman who saw Ishita might see Ishita in Scindia's house and might narrate the whole thing to them, which is a very well proof to expose her...

Bad or evil no matter he or she is intelligent, might do a blunder and be exposed...

I agree ,,,, that orphanage woman is really smart and will definitely visit Scindia house and when she will see Ishita there , she will connect al lthe dots and expose Ishita .. thats the purpose of showing Ishita going to meet that orphanage lady so that the lady gets a clear doubt on this Ishita 😃
