I understand that the gang know how important dance is for Rey so they r worried for him.but I doubt they understant how important his relationship with Taani is.
So what if his relationship with Taani is on stake..Why should his love life concern them.
Only dance is important for them and it should be the same for Rey nothing/nobody else matters.

Well the point that you have raised is valid. But I'm afraid I don't know why it is so 😆 They are overreacting indeed. They CAN perform without Rey. Why don't they show faith in their own abilities for once? I don't understand their need to panic and the show of urgency.

Well in a practical sense, when you have a dance routine you choreograph according to each individual and as a unit. When some goes missing it does create a mess and everyone has to redo their steps or find a substitute.
The gang has always depended on Rey + Swaron (and Kriya when she used to be there)
