Ishita isn't handicaped!

Ishita has a evil, cunning brain. She is planner number one. She shows herself as innocent to others but is a devil in disguise. She had the guts to try kidnap Aayu. Well at least I do not see how she is handicapped. It can be that her good, moral conscience is handicapped and taken over by evilness. Or is it that she is handicapped because her evil plans fail most of the time. Other than that she walks normally like others, does house work only if it comes to her advantage though, has a devilishly clever mind. She is very much normal in terms of health. Other than the only reason I could come up with, I feel her being handicapped is just an act to gain sympathy from everyone. Guys do you all see her as handicapped? Have any of you ever seen a handicapped person scheming and plotting like this? Does a handicapped person even have the ability to be so devilishly evil?
