If Purvi actually wanted her family to reunite
She would tell Manav the truth despite of Archana's kasam
Because she ruined 3 lives the moment she accepted the deal

I think all 3 are to be blamed equally. It takes two hands to clap, so if Purvi accepted, Ovi proposed, both were crazy and Arjun crazier to go ahead with the looney proposal put forth. They all need their heads knocked together but since there is no use crying over spilt milk, they need to move forward and make the best of their current situation. The parents who have remained mum until now have another golden opportunity to clear the muck out of their children's brains, unfortunately, that is not going to happen as Archu aai is in a coma, and Manav does not seem to be wise at all. So we the viewers have to resign ourselves to being subjected to more of this yuckiness.
