Some good acting and action in the epi yesterday. Man karthikeya was too good so was Mahadev his expressions where spot on be it pride for Karthikeya or sadness at the loss of Dadhichi. Loved Vritasur too he showed power and attitude. Liked him.

THanks for the WU
SO finally, with "Shiva Shambho!" Rishi Dadhichi got MOksha! ANd I think they will show PIppalada...
And remorseless INdra just coolly said, 'Vishwakarma, make the weapon." NO sympathy, no empathy, no guilt, NOTHING!!😡
And finally Kartikeya was again the Devasenapati and noticed by Jal... Waiting for Mahadev's intro abt Jal to his kids... AND Jal's introduction to TRidev!!

Immense maturity by the director in showing the Sacrifice of Rishi Dadhichi. We didn't feel that much pain... it was a joy to watch him attain his Lord!!... Indeed a Great Scene...

I haven't watched the episode as yet, but sorry, such a depiction of the events in that war are too stupid given when this happened and how.

For starters, there was no Kartikeya there when Vritra was around, but even accepting that they've screwed w/ timelines, showing Kartikeya fighting Vritra is absolutely stupid. Especially after the way in this serial that Indra has constantly harrassed Kartikeya, Ganesh & others, the last thing Kartikeya needs to be doing is fighting Indra's battles. Also, once Indra got the vajra, he was happy and went on to fight & kill Vritra. Indra had his faults, but depicting him as someone who wanted Mahadev to fight & kill Vritra is asinine.

Besides, Kartikeya is not gonna kill Vritra, so why show them fighting and Kartikeya getting defeated? That's more infuriating for a serial that goes out of its way to whitewash Vishnu's role - it thinks nothing about defaming Kartikeya & Parvati. 😡

The other point - do any of the scriptures have it that Suvarcha was pregnant when Dadhichi gave up his life? One account that I read was that after he did, Suvarcha cursed the devas before giving up her own life. In any case, it's unbelievable that Suvarcha & Dadhichi lived all those years, and at the last moment, she got pregnant. Who was their child in that case? Or are they going to make another famous rishi their kid?

And Vrinda - how does Sukhracharya conclude that someone who keeps raising contrarian points is gonna strengthen Jalandhar?

Very true, we were prepared since last 2 days for it. It was shown like how a perfect way a soul should leave & merge in the Supreme Consciousness.
