What is this with paneer attachment🤣
first was stuffing...now with paneer only

I think she loves Paneer.Even judges praised her lot 4 her paneer dishes.We can say her 'Paneer Queen' :P

Even i'm noticing her since the show start.. she tries to include paneer in most of the dishes😆

Paneer nmot only adds flavour to teh dish but also helps in adjusting the salt & sour taste of the food. It will act as a balancer. If the dish is a bit salty or spicy, if you add paneer, it will absorb the extra salt & spice content without compromising on the original taste. So she might use it as one of the ingrediant, so that your dish never gets over spiced.
You can as well add (dip) a raw potato, if your curry is salty, the potato will absorb the salt content to a certain extent.
You add tomato puree to your curry if is too spicy (if the curry permits to add coconut, you can add coconut milk or paste)

Also you can add small balls of aata to reduce salt & sourness from a dish. Just a a couple & allow to cook some time on low flame. Remove before serving.

I thnk she is more used 2 Paneer items...dats y always try 2 make sumtng with Paneer
