Sony Entertainment Television's CID, one of the longest running shows of small screen always come up with innovative scripts to entertain viewers.


After Bollywood's action hero Vidhyut Jamwalmaking a special appearance on the show, it's Bollywood and TV actress Amrita Prakash's turn to be seen in the upcoming episodes of CID.

Sources inform that the entire episode will revolve around a popular actress played byAmrita Prakash. Due to unfortunate turn of events people working with the actress start getting killed one after another. This brings theCID team into the picture and eventually the popular actress is accused of the deaths that took place. However, Amrita's on-screen character is successful in presenting victim who can prove that she is innocent. The episode will be aired tomorrow (13 April 2013).

When contacted, Amrita confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am very excited as finally I am doing CID. I've been offered CID, several times in the past but unfortunately I couldn't do the show. But this I made sure that I will take up CID and I am glad to be working with the team of such veteran actors."
