Both Sid and Shashank have pointed out that toral works hard very diplomatically but they did not say is if she is good as anandi. Toral could work day and night but her personality, looks maturity level just does not make a believable anandi. Giving forceful bash an is the start and end of her acting skills. Somehow she doesn't connect with rest of bv cast, there is a aloofness in her that comes across on screen as disconnected.

Sriti as Ganga is doing a better job of connecting with rest of Bv cast than toral is. I can see that if prat was giving too much attitude that they had to replace her but the fault lies with them for not picking a good replacement. Anandis biggest quality was tenderness, genuine empathy and toral is just too harsh for that.
