I would have preferred a IAS instead of IPS. IAS would have been more achievable and may be more acceptable in the traditional background. But then if they had shown IAS it would in a lot of way will resemble " Sooryavansam" where a similar theme is explored. But the movie is over in 3 hrs and all the changes ie the herione becoming IAS, mother, hubby becoming big business man everything was covered in a single song ie means around 5 mins. :)

Shruthi, it is the same exam for both. If you get a higher rank you go into IAS, if it is beyond 100 rank than you get IPS. It requires the same academic preparation, in fact more and life is equally tough in that as well with frequent transfers and long term separation from spouse. It is better Sandhya becomes a Politician. There is no need for a degree in that, she has to be an Indian citizen and 25 yrs of age. All these qualities she can possess and so also she is a good speaker, problem solver, social reformer and a popular figure in Pushkar. Let her start off as an MLA and than move on to higher levels. SurYa romance can also continue, they can start a family, since she can live in Pushkar and her desire to work for betterment of the society will also be fulfilled.The experience she is gaining now will help her greatly. 😊

Since there was no beginning, I don't see an end either.

The more I think of what is happening drives me nuts, so I watch the show without much expectation. I wonder why they are taking such a long road for Momily track...They have to manaofy Maasaa, but unfolding so many things without solving so many mysteries completely...

I prefer logic, and DABH is a very good show...but it has lost its taste as per my expectation, but I still watch the show for SurYa and Bhabo. CVs need to complete the tidbits they have left in between.

Sandya going to college, yes the track may be boring...but, why not at least mention or show one day that she was going or coming back with Suraj on his scooty...we could even get some SurYa scenes as well.

I have so much to say, but stopping now as the readers may get bored.

My advice is to you is that don't expect so much as these are daily soaps...keep on enjoying!

a) Sandy has plenty of options, reading here ^ she can go into politics if she finds just ordinary living a bit boring.

b) SurYa, please don't go out of your way to be romantic and make it as ott as Maasa's dramas...I believe you when you say you love each other, I believe you. So relax.

I have learnt not to expect much from my experience. It had happened to me many times

I too wish that they show SurYa romance in between, to relieve the tension or to make us happy, at least!
