Ishita Gets Pregnant

Ishi announced her pregnancy 3 months after G3's death. She claimed that G3 was being reborn as her baby as G3 wanted to be close to her Akaash beta.
Everyone in SM accepted Ishi's statement except Akaash. He started counting the days since their SR and found the number of days a "tight" right.
Akaash remembered how Yash had made Aarti's baby shower (godh bharayi) uniqe and he decided that he had to outsmart Yash. So he got in touch with a company in the US and asked them to prepare an equipment or gizmo in time for Ishita's delivery. The gizmo was prepared in consultation with Ishita's gynecologist.
Well finally the day that Akaash had been waiting for arrived. Ishita was rushed to the hospital for the delivery of the baby. The gynecologist informed ALL SM members who had rushed along to the hospital that Akaash had got this unique custom made gizmo that allowed the delivery pain to be transferred to the FATHER. Everyone was very impressed with Akaash and his love for Ishita.
Ishita's contractions started coming faster so the doctor strapped the gizmo onto her and gave Akaash a handle to hold. The handle was connected via two leads to the gizmo.
The doctor said that it would be safe to start with Akaash experiencing 10% of the delivery pain and adjusted the setting just so. Ishita said she felt a little less pain - so the doctor was certian the machine was funtioning properly.
After about 3 mins Akaash smiled and told the doctor that he felt nothing - - so the doctor upped the setting to 20%. Again, Akaash smiled and said that he felt nothing. So the doctor upped the settings to 30% and this went on until the doctor upped the settings to 100%. Ishita felt no delivery pain and Akaash was smiling and said he hardly felt anything.
Everyone marveled at Akaash tolerance level and the capability of the machine. After viewing the baby all returned back to SM only to find a hysterical Bua and a dead Ram Dulare.
Everyone asked Bua what had happened to Ram Dulare.
Bua: Well he was helping me in the kitchen when all of a sudden he felt pains in his tummy. The pain kept increasing and increasing and he kept screaming. One would think he was in labor. Well finally he kept shrieking for a whole 20 mins and died before the ambulance could arrive!
ALL thought about Akaash's gizmo and Ram Dulare and went 😲😉😳😲
