No dear! It's just what everyone thinks. In this society women are always at fault and what CVs are tying to convey is that WHY ARE WOMEN ALWAYS AT FAULT? There is always something behind this, whether it's rape, sabotage or a set-up. She shouldn't die. Yash and Arti is going to prove that women don't deserve this treatment and she deserves the PV.
