Dear audience ,
You have cribbed ..and cribbed somemore.Some of you anyways and all the time ! You never appreciated our efforts ..and never tried to see that we are trying .Its our job at the end of the day and we do need to give answers at multiple levels .
You just complained that you wanted this and you wanted that ! You thanked us for ruining your happiness.Did you even spare a moment to think how we would feel when you ruined ours?
We tried our best to make you happy but we could not ! We tried to tell you a different story but it turns out you just wanted a regular one !
Seven :You complained about BDs- we gave you gomati track ! You still cribbed saying ashu is crying all the time and that he is a human hosepipe .Arre bhai his heart is broken ! Naachega kya? Guess thats what he was supposed to do !
Six :You called nidhi ruthless and heartless in the Kerala track ! The poor girl is torn between her love and her family ! Did you see her anguish? No !
Five: During mallika track ,when ashu was on wheelchair (please dont tell me you dont know why he was on wheelchair !) and had to comb mallika's hair and do her pooja (literally !) you called him MCP (yes u actually did that !) .Did you try to understand the fact that the man was coming to work everyday (you even saw the real life pictures !) despite having surgery (how many of you would actually do that ?).
Did you try to understand that we could have made ashu go away on a conference or something (easiest way out ,eh !) .No ! You called ashu names and made Nidhi a martyr who chose a wrong man as a partner .You gave us suggestions and told us to use your ideas .If only it was that easy to become a writer .Then writers wouldnt have to struggle so much in bollywood and elsewhere !
Does it even occur to you that we spend hours and days trying to find a story which would appeal to everyone? Do you think we make up stories at 5am without having to worry about justifying it ? Oh no ! Why would you think ! Its our job right ! Your job is to crib !
Four :You dint like when ashu and nidhi went to sleep after nidhi's birthday ! Come on ! Is it really that big deal ? Not every man and woman in the world has the same demands ! They were just happy with the fact that they were back together ! Ever heard of the book Japanese wife? Is there only one way of expressing love?
Three : You wanted baby in the show ! We could not show it .You know the reasons very well ! But you still cribbed and cribbed ! Did you try to understand that the person who you are calling names is a real woman and that she has feelings too ? No ,Why should you? You love babies so you expect her and every woman in the world to love babies ! To hell with the person's career ! She doesnt want to even say the words "Iam pregnant " on screen .Uski marzi yaar ! Give her a break ! Its her life and she has got every right to do what she wants ! Did we interfere in your life ? You like watching our show .That doesnt give you the right to impose your beliefs on us ! Right or wrong ,its our (and her !) belief and we have got every right to stick with it !
Two : Since you so wanted a baby in the show ,we gave you khushi ! You said any baby would be fine ,so we tried to accommodate your wishes ! Did that make you happy ! Ohh no ! You wanted a well behaved child ! The one who knows table manners and says thank you and please !
One :You wanted nidhi to realise the importance of motherhood .and wanted to see a supportive ashu ! Now that we are drawing curtians we are trying to show that ! But are you still happy ? No ! You want ashu to cry his heart out ! Why should he ? It was just a false trigger for crying out loud ! It isnt as if he is never gonna become a father or else he actually lost a baby !(how can he loose the baby when there was none to begin with !) .Infact he is happy right now because his wife wants the same thing he wants and that he wouldnt have to wait for one more year ! He was sad for sometime but if you want this incident to open the closed doors in his mind ,then thats not going to happen ! Coz the titli has broken all those doors and now there is just love and hope in the quila !
Sorry audience but we tried to tell you a story in the best way we could ! Unfortunately for us ,you could never see or appreciate our effort ! Fortunately ,the critics and our makers do !
In the end all we want to say is ,if we had gone the route you suggested ,this show would have become one of the numerous shows which come and go ..and not the one which would be remembered as a fragrance which touched some people's lives ! if not yours !
