First things first, Rani and Preity were one of the most popular and sought after actresses of their times and they were very talented. If we go by your logic then you mean to say the fame they got was because of SRK, not their talent?
Secondly,they worked with many other superstars like Salman, Aamir etc. and if their movies didn't do well with these guys (you said most of their hits were with SRK only) then if anyone, it's these guys that didn't benefit them (if we go by your logic), so how come SRK is being blamed for their downfall? 😆 And if we really go by your "most number of hits" logic then the blame of Bhagyashree and Gracy Singh's not so good bollywood careers and disappearance falls on Salman and Aamir respectively because these girls had their hits with only these guys (as fair as I know)? According to your logic, the disappearance of Hema Malini, Raveena, Sridevi, Madhuri etc. for long periods of times is to be blamed on the actors they had the most number of hits with?
And then you said "Priyanka had Don 2 and Don, but she has clearly developed her own path with other movies. Same goes for Bebo and Kat"
^Where does SRK come in the picture? It's the ACTRESSES' own decision what movie they want to do and what co-star they want to work with or not work with, it's not like SRK asked Rani or Preity to not develop their own path, it was their decision so honestly, they're the only ones that didn't benefit themselves and should be blamed, it's not SRK who decides what kind of movies thee actresses should do, it's the actresses who decide it for themselves. If Preity got into drugs or Rani started making wrong choices it's not SRK's fault, if anyone, the girls are to be blamed for their disappearances not the actors they worked with. More than the girls, it's the unwritten age rule of bollywood, younger actresses WILL take over the older lot- in a few years' time when another lot of new actresses enters bollywood and it's time for the PCs and Bebos to disappear, who will you blame then?
