He is born from shivji's energy, so is shown as his ansh. That's why the same look. But Jalandhar in other cloths would have also looked good😆

LOL you know in tv serials they often introduce a lookalike of the male or female lead who is supposed to be this "corrupted by modern ideas" person (in dark western attire, shades and all that)? This is DKDM's version of that trope. 😆
