Hey guyz...
I know Im a bit too late to post about Asyas Bol na Halke Halke sequence but I just couldnt live without posting this...
And today my exams just got over *wooohooo* so i found time... Here I go...
Although the start of the sequence did not quite appeal to me as much as I had expected.. The giggling seemed a bit unrealistic to me... But ya loved the confession dialogue, it was really heart wrenching... shows the truth of Asya's relationship. Attracted to each other but refusal to acceptance..
Coming to the highlight of the episode... The song sequence.
It was AMAZING. Unlike the other *trying to be romantic* couple in other serials.. these two were just fanastic.. No couple dance, no boring waist-holds like formal couples do and no exaggerations...
Right from the start when the two are far apart... their expressions are awesome... The way they turn and look at each other and the way he comes towards her fills our heart with passion.
Zoyas expression when comes singing bol na halke halke towards her is mesmerizing.
And then its her turn. She goes towards him dancing like a beautiful doll. Again here, her steps were awesome, typical funloving Zoya Farooqui but at the same time she looked elegant and subtle... Her "Honth se Halke Halke" step was so cute.. I bet if I were a guy, I would melt then and there..not to forget Mr Asad Ahmed Khans sweet smirk.. (uff love you karan).
Following which comes the intense passionate part. Beautifully enacted. All in all the entire sequence was captivating ! There costumes were amazing, acting flawless- Both spoke more through their eyes. The background was perfect and the choice of song was appropriate. Went well with with the entire scenario.
Forgot to mention, Zoya can actually kill not only Mr Khan but anyone for that matter with her dimples. I grew green with jealosy.. Wish i could have such lovely dimples... Their ending sleep scene was cute as well with both of them sleeping head over head.
Overall it was a beautifully executed scene. Our Karan is amazing.. No doubt about that... but Surbhi just takes my heart away... Her lipsing throughout the song was pure and well emoted. She is beautiful, down to earth, and extremely talented. It takes real talent to match up to such a great actor as KARAN. And she effortlessly does it ! The overwhelming response from the audience about their chemistry says it all. She is just Gawjuz.
