Dr. Ashutosh = SK only. He is unbeatable and perfect actor as Dr. Ashutosh. Noone else can complement KK except SK in KTLK. SK & KK made AshNi the gorgeous couple ever on TV!!

had Kiran been cast as Ashu then both the leads would be KK..Kritika Kamra, Kiran Karamkar...and Karan Kundra would add to KK confusion

You bet par hamara bhi man Nidhi banne ka hai kya karein Season 2 mein audition dete hain,I will be happy playing ashni's cook if not Nidhi,Ashu sabse jyaada time khaane mein hi bitate hain😆😆😆😆
