Tonight's SwaRon scene was such a beautiful one, and I have so much to say of it, that I was afraid I might put the entire forum to sleep all in one go if I sat down to write it all. Which is why I'm going to pointedly focus on three elements I LOVED about SwaRon tonight...which also simply add to why I LOVE them in general...did I say I LOVE SwaRon already? Well I do. I SO do. 😃
I LOVED the way Swayam ran around frantically looking for water for Sharon. Call me filmy, but even cliches can be so very heart-warming for me when it comes to these two characters and what they share. I think my face probably mirrored Sharon's expression as we both watched him run for water to make sure she's okay. The tears in his eyes first of tension and then eventually relief were so touching to see. 😃
I LOVED the way they sat down and laughed together, Swayam lightening everything up with his talk of how hard it is to run in Mojris, hahaha...like I said last week when I saw this in the precap, just to see Swayam and Sharon sitting comfortably together, talking and laughing with such a complete lack of self-consciousness has been the stuff of dreams for us SwaRon fans. So a huge THANK YOU is in order for making it come true for us tonight, to the writers. It felt SO good to see them this way, ironically after they have broken up! 😊
And finally, I LOVED how Sharon spoke of feeling alive. It struck me for a second that she has danced with Asthma before too, at IndiaFest. But that time didn't feel this good, did it? So why do I get the feeling that this sudden recognition of liberation has something to do with Swayam being by her side? Her secretly thanking him in the gang scene that followed seems to corroborate my theory, it would seem. Because now he knows, she doesn't have to put up an act in front of him any more, doesn't have to go out of her way to hurt him any more, and doesn't have to worry about him leaving dance after her any more either...and he's there, there for her the way he's always been, relationship or no relationship, that's something even she recognises. And I think it helps. Really. So yes, I LOVED Sharon's return to life tonight!
That about sums up my three points...would love to know what everyone else loved too!
P.S Did I mention I LOVE SwaRon? Well I do. I SO do. ❤️
P.P.S. Shantanu and Vrushika were AMAZING tonight. LOVE them. 👏
