This Injection is for saving you from the major pain..Though it will pain little but that pain would be much much less than the pain you girls feel when beautician pluck your eyebrows and wax your limbs..You would bear that pain with a smile but here you would scream as if I am tearing your gums with an "axe"..."Geet gulped her saliva..Her screams had miffed the doctor for sure.They had not only miffed him but also refrained Geet from her "eye tonic" as Maan left the room after ordering the nurse to give geet the anesthesia..
"I would be back in fifteen minutes.."He said to nurse before opening the door..
"I won't let you treat my "swelling"..."Geet spoke to nurse immediately as soon Maan left.
"Doctor would do that only as he said he would be back in fifteen minutes..I would just give you this anesthesia.."Nurse explained..
"But why fifteen minutes???Can't he come early.."Geet asked chiding herself in her mind for sounding so desperate..
"It would take fifteen minutes to make that area completely "numb" after giving the anesthesia...Now would you let me do my job please.."Nurse said with irritation..
"Yes,but give me some time..I need to use the washroom first.."Geet exclaimed jumping off the examination table..
She wasted ten minutes in doing her breathing exercises in the washroom infront of mirror to calm herself..Finally she came out to meet the exasperated nurse who gestured her to lay on the examination table fast..Finally after putting all her wits together,geet let the syringe touch her gum..She was sure that Nurse was taking her revenge by poking the needle more deep in her gum.Geet did not scream this time but could not stop her occasional squeaks when nurse literally revolved the needle in her flesh...
"I would be back in some time..Tell the doc,you have taken your anesthesia just now in case he arrived before me.."Nurse instructed before leaving..
"Oh god..Please send him soon so i can get a little alone time with him..."Geet prayed in her mind..and Her prayers were heard by God very soon as Maan appeared in the room next minute.
Geet immediately turned around to enjoy her "eye candy" but was disappointed when she saw his back..He was wearing the mask giving his back to her..Next,he hid his beautiful fingers in the gloves..Geet thanked her stars that dentists did not wear "safety glasses" atleast otherwise she wouldn't have been able to treat her eyes with beauty of those long lashes and wonderful eyes..
He came near her as he ordered,"open your mouth"..
"No doc..."Geet tried to tell him about anesthesia timings but she was cut by his curt words,"I don't have whole day for you Miss..There are many other patients waiting outside..It would be better if you stop being "delicate darling" and co-operate in the treatment..."
Geet certainly wanted to hear him calling her "darling" but not in this way..She tried to tell him once again,"Listen doc..."
"I can't bear your "drama" any more..Either you stop your "nonsense" or get the hell out of here..."Maan spoke with utmost anger.Though his half face was hidden beneath mask but still geet could make that he was gritting his teeth..His rude words hit her really hard..She was not creating any scene right now still he was not ready to listen to her.She controlled her tear glands as she looked at him with hurt eyes thus making maan regret his rudeness immediately..
"Please open your mouth.."He tried to be little gentle this time.
Geet was ready to leave the clinic but his soft words acted like shackles to hold her at her place..Those chocolate brown beauties had gained their softness back as geet drowned in them once again..She follow his order like a puppet and opened her mouth..She felt herself being pulled towards his eyes after a while..His eyes were really very powerful because her body was literally being pulled upwards..In a response,She immediately came in to sitting position and used her hands to cover his eyes,"Stop pulling me with your eyes..."She said with a shy smile.
"What the f.."Maan swallowed the profane word as he removed her hands from his eyes forcefully..This girl was testing his patience badly.."I was not pulling you..I was just adjusting back of this chair.."He spoke showing her the button on the side of examination table used for changing the positions of back according to need.
"I am sorr..rr.."Geet tried to apologize but embarrassment that she felt at that moment made her stutter badly.Her stuttering ignited fire of his anger once again as he yelled,"Open your mouth right now.."
There was no chance geet could deny his order,though she felt really bad..Anesthesia had not shown its effect properly yet but Maan had begun with the procedure.Girl who was scared of injecting a thin needle in her gums were now experiencing the some "dangerous weapon" in beautiful fingers of her dream man,tearing her gum flesh..She shrieked as she felt the sharp pain but instead of sympathy,she only got more rude words from him,"Either you are coward than all those kids sitting outside or you are unnecessarily trying to grab my attention..It would be better if you stop playing your silly tricks with me.."He knew he was being too mean with her but what he could do..The girl had pissed him really bad..Moreover,during that fifteen minute break, his grand mother had called him to tell that she was going to meet some "girl" for his marriage this evening..All together,he was frustrated to no limits,hence had not any control on his words..
"I am sorry.."He apologized breathing heavily..
When She did not respond to his apology,he continued with his work..Finally he was done with the procedure as he put the "cotton" at the place from where he had removed the flesh..
"Its done.."He said with a wan smile.
Geet was trying to control her tears till now but as soon the procedure finished,her tears found their way out of her hazels..
"You can remove the cotton after some ti..."He chewed his words as he saw her tears.He did not know why but her tears did hurt him..His fingers tempted to wipe her cheeks but his professionalism as well as her age stopped him..She was looking like a five year old with pink cheeks and red nose but in real,she was twenty five.If she was really that young,maan would have taken her in his arms till now..
"You go and wait for me in adjoined room..I would prescribe you some medicines.."He said turning around and removing his gloves..He closed his eyes in regret as soon she left the room..He was washing his hands in the basin when nurse appeared in the room..
"Where is that patient sir???"She asked finding the examination table empty.
"She is next room..I am done with the procedure..Where were you all the time???"He asked.
"What????"Nurse exclaimed with astonishment checking the time on her watch.."But sir,Fifteen minutes are finished now..."
"What do you mean sister,I am not getting you.."Maan asked perplexed...
"Sir..She was in washroom for ten minutes after you left..I have given her the anesthesia just fifteen minutes ago..I have asked her to tell you about this in case I got late in coming here.."Nurse explained..
It was then maan understood the reason behind her tears and scream..She was actually feeling the pain..He cursed himself repeatedly as he broke into run towards next room...
