I have practically no idea what should and what should not be.

But better not to judge Hindi serials from realistic stand point.

I don't know exactly what that lady's designation is... but I think a long formal skirt that comes upto the ankles along with the hijab would have been a more apt choice (I've seen many women in jobs that require such dress codes wear such outfits)...

Air hostesses have to cover their head as its a part of there uniform for most Arab airlines. For them it has nothing to do with modesty or religion.

As for the maid in the show, that totally cracked me up. The pencil skirt with hijab is the weirdest combination I've ever seen 🤣
