If she's talking about the younger actresses then I somewhat agree. But if she's talking about everybody then she should watch Vidya closely. Anyway, she could've said this in a better way instead of coming across as arrogant...

She's right about the young lot. And yes to her on screen jodi with SRK too cuz nobody has managed to create the magic they've done so far

The article does not say anything about "younger" actresses.. only about current actresses. There can't be anyone more "current" than Priyanka or Vidya.
:-When asked about the current lot of actresses and who she thinks is best, she replied, "There is no one. I don't think there is any one better than me. Not right now.-:

If this is the case then Kajol has put her foot in her mouth 😆 Vidya alone can swallow her down with no help from the rest

She thinks to much of herself, the best think that happened to her is SRK.
Kajol is the most overrated actress I know. Her body of work compare to current actresses is nothing.
Rani, Priety, Kareena, Karisma are far better actresses than her!

Maybe Kajol's Opinion...

but I always found Rani way way way better then her...

The only thing that Kajol has is her Chemstry with SRK...

No offense to her. But, as several members said, I always found her too overrated. She is good but definitely far from the best. I could never understand the hype and hooplah about Kajol.

Plus, she could be more tactful about saying certain things. Being confident and assertive is one thing. But, being cocky and rude is another. She didn't really need to say that I wouldn't do a dirty picture because I have a family, a husband, and kids. Not sure what is she hinting at? Vidya has a family too.

I mean a lot of current actresses can come forward and say, "I wouldn't do a movie like Taaqat (1995) or Gundaraj (1995)". Oh well.
