I think the nakrani will end up helping Zoya, if she is not Billo Rani, then she will come across/see something that proves that Tanveer is there to harm them. As the maid is always snooping around.

I agree. I think Billo, the maid is actually there just to mislead us. Billo might help Zoya expose Tanveer
