If viewers are wishing that toral had little more innocence on her face it is not a ridiculous wish. If you watch the video posted on colors website where they ask bv actors what will they tell toral about character anandi so it will help her understand who anandi is.
Sid said anandi is Very innocent and at same time has inner strength.
Smita said anandis main quality is her innocence.
Sriti said toral is as innocent and honest As anandi in real life and that will help her act anandi character better.

So it is not just viewers even bv actors think anandis main quality is her innocence. I don't dislike toral and I continue to watch bv for now. But I do miss that innocent anandi who was calm and never raised her voice to get her point across. Somehow that anandi and shiv looked made for each other. Today toral high pitched response to shiv on phone was very off putting. As for innocence It is not connected to age Sriti who is older and looks older than prat on screen still has that innocent glow which is currently lacking in toral. i am not a fan of Ganga the character. I will continue to watch as I am a fan of Ansh. But I am disappointed in the casting.

Ganga character is of innocent girl but that the same time has fighting spirit to get her son back.
I think cv slowly want to remove the innocence from anandi character and are her more fiercy which is needed in a leader. The sudden transition from innocent to aggressive should have been handled better. I way anandi spoke to shiv told was not bad. Old anandi used to talk the same way to shiv when needed in commanding state. It's just that we got used to prats talking more softy, meekly than toral. If we don't compare both we will like the present anandi. I do agree total lacks the innocence in her face unlike prats.

I don't think prat talked meekly as anandi in fact I thought she was always very authoritative with shiv. Shiv was in fact always trying to patao her. She was just more even keyed more in control. I am glad you liked the phone scene today.

Old anandi seemed more attentive to shiv and under control even under crisis. Today she was freaking out. I have always commended Sid for getting his emotions across by his voice modulation instead of raising his voice when angry or anxious. Same thing with old anandi she got her emotions across with her eyes rather than raising the pitch of her voice. Today no other expression but the raising of voice. Sorry but I am trying to bond with toral but found it harder today than on Monday.

She was crying frantically. So the scene required her to be panicky.

Toral did a convincing job of being panicked and then wanting to find Mannu... being devastated that she lost the child after he was with her, her disappointment and almost crying that she lost him while talking to shiv was clearly visible.

yes her voice is high pitched and its more noticeable because, Pratz voice was softer. We have to get used to that. Besides that everything was great !

They could have introduced Toral as Anandi 5 years down the line when A matures a little bit...right now the magic of Ansh is lost...was anxiously waiting for Ansh's SR, but now, the longer they delay it, the better...it really doesnt matter...it would just be any other ordinary couple together...our lovely lovely Sidyusha are no longer togther...

@nniks. Sid previous shows were flops too. But he has become a good actor in BV now. We r discussing about new anandi and old anandi nicely here, why do u have to spoil it by spreading negativity about BV show. If ur not bothered abt the show don't spoil the mood here. We r trying hard to look at toral acting wisely by giving her a chance.
@Anahita Ansh is not about romance and SR. I already lost interest in their SR when they dragged too much with unneccesary Anandi fears and touch me not drama. I do admit sidyusha had a magic with them and I liked them a lot. But now have to move on and try to give a fair chance to toral atleast for few weeks to sink into the show. The only hope I have is Sid to pull the chemistry bet him and toral.
Bcos I always felt shiv more romantic and forth coming than anandi.

In my opinion, innocence is not an easy quality to portray on screen. Avika seemed innocent because she was literally a child playing a child character so for a child to behave innocently is not necessarily a ground-breaking piece of art...it's fairly normal. Pratyusha was able to pull of the innocence because she stepped in at the right time in the show and played the character of Anandi for a LONG time...despite not being in the show at the same time, both Avika and Prats were able to give Anandi's character the "innocence" that the director and creative team had originally perceived. As for Toral, I agree that she doesn't seem as innocent as the ex-Anandis...but it will take her time to reach that comfort zone with the character that she's playing. In fact..I think she has significantly improved since Monday's episode...and it's only been two days! I was hell bent on thinking that her eyes are not expressive...but that totally changed after today's episode! Her eyes spoke volumes and if she keeps working hard..I'm sure she'll get even better! As for the innocence still missing...I don't know if this is it...but I personally feel that a person's eyebrows make a huge difference to their entire face 😆...and I find Toral's eyebrows too thin and curvy...so I don't know if that's the reason why she seems to lack innocence...cuz her make-up and jewelry and all seem to be "correct" ...so perhaps it's the shape of her eyebrows that makes her more sharp 😕
