There is 365 days in a year. Normally a movie takes 3 months to be shoot (90-100 days). This means a leading actress does 2-3 movies every year (200-300 days goes for work, rest for holiday).

Sonakshi Sinha is not a leading actress. She is just someone who does special appearances/guest appearances/cameos which includes some scenes and songs hence she has 4-5 releases this year.
