to understand the result you must know the meaning of allele first..

allele means number of gene locations in a chromosome.

basicly for paternity testing, dna will be sequenced from allels of chromosomes. the gene that going to be identified is pre determined in a test kit.so the test kit being used will only pick up same coded genes in both individuals allelels.

the numbers in the result sheet indicating number of genes present in particular locai of chromosome of an individu.
once the number of alleles obtain, for paternity testing comparision is done between two individuals allele to look for number of same alleles.

just look back at the test results, the numbers of match alleles between that two individuals being compare will be calculated using combine paternity index(special program)...that is the result given in above compatibility column.base on that index which give scoring 0-5.0, if >4 the index scoring..then it is say to be compatibile.

i hope this information is useful for now.but one thing i am queries here...the report is positive and negative???? i think cv has change the real dna results term to make viewers can understand easier...the result should be how many compatibility i mean %. then finally..indication note paternity relationship.just bear it...serial world hye na.. 😆

u a doctor???? 😊
