😆😉 Okay, I want to see what the consensus is. Ranbir has been discussed a lot lately. I want to ask all the Salman fanatics and Ranbir fanatics (are there any? 😭). Can this generation's most promising actor and star pull off CHULBUL PANDEY? Yes, most definitely. RANBIR is a good actor and dancer, plus he has charisma. So, what if he doesn't have a body like Salman's? Is that the end of the world? And Deepika can be the leading lady. Anyway, I think people underestimate Ranbir's appeal. Salman's CHULBUL PANDEY is iconic and entertaining. But, again the adage comes in "all style and no substance." Ranbir would give the character a much-needed boost and more class. 😲

He doesn't have to pull such cheap, b-grade roles like Chulbul Pandey and what not. He's in a different league altogether. You must have noticed that his roles have been varied and diversified throughout his supposed short stint as a mainstream actor. Moreover, he has left his conteporaries far behind in the competition and race to success. I am sure he can do much better with a more sensinsbile portfolio of roles, instead of resorting to b- and c-grade roles as the one you mentioned.

Having said that, Ranbir is a great actor. I don't think I have ever convinced myself that Salman was a great actor (not even in the 90s). Of course, my opinion. 😊
