I'm actually surprised that Padmini is begging like that. I mean all that court room talk begging to be hanged for not killing balraj sooner and not standing up for her rights and then she goes begging to rk? if anything i thought if she could kill balraj then she would have the attitude that no way you think you're gonna mess with my daughter and get away with it unscathed.

In that emotional and confused state, all a mother can see is her child's pain...she can go to any lengths to lessen it. So I do understand why she did it but I also believe, RK will soon see Padmini's fiercely protective side.
